Serem is a co-founder at CMS Africa. He is also the tech wrangler; he supports our websites to make sure that they are secure, up-to-date, and funtioning properly with any downtime.

founder and team leader
Oduor Jagero is the team leader at CMS Africa. He has a responsibility in providing strategy and direction to the design team. Jagero is a trained journalist, self-taught developer, and novelist who has authored four books and written award-winning plays. Oduor is a top notch designer.

Owuor D. Otiang’a is a novelist, UK-law graduate and former columnist for Goethe.de, former literature fellow for Akademie Schloss solitude and the writer of of the novel ‘Der deutsche Traum”.
